The 2012 Outhouse Races were a total success! Much fun was had by all.

Nemo 500 Outhouse Race will be at the new Days of '76 Museum on February 25th, 2012!
This year benifits go to the charities: the Days of '76 Museum,
the Nemo Fire Department,
and the Deadwood Fire Department
The Outhouse Races are at a new location! The race has gotten so big and popular that we had to give Nemo a rest! So... this year it will be held at the new Days of '76 Museum grounds in Deadwood. The event will include Chili and Rib cookoff, Kids Events, Shootout, Live Auction, Silent Auction, Calcutta Auction, Raffles, Food, Beer, and a Band ("Fly Swatter")! We are even raffling off a 42-inch Flat Screen Television; tickets are only $5!
We are still looking for more Race Teams (an outhouse can be provided, see bottom of Rules page) and Rib/Chili Cookoff entrants.
Please contact us ASAP if you are interested! Please, no coolers... we are selling beer, pop, food, and liquor with all the profits going to the charities. |
